Revamp 365 was founded by Drew Farnese after years of operating and growing a fix-and-flip and rental real estate business.

Our vision used to be to rehab thousands of properties ourselves in our areas and bring back their glory and restore the beauty of our neighborhoods.

 

Through years of working in the industry we have met amazing people and recently came to a realization - We don’t have to do it alone. Smart investors working together can accelerate the realization of our goal and grow the wealth of our companies, communities, and families in the process.

It’s not easy to admit, but in the beginning the only reason we existed was to fix houses and “make money”.

As the business grew, so did the understanding of why what we’re doing matters.

We help sellers out of what is sometimes the biggest obstacles, headaches, and sometimes even the biggest heart-aches of their lives. That is nothing to take lightly.

Growing a highly skilled, affectionate and honest team to be able to give the highest level of service to our sellers has been something that we proudly do. We continually work on improving, because our sellers are worth it.
